Due to the custom nature of our print products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any purchases. Each print is outsourced to order , ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail. Please review your selection carefully before placing an order.

Print Quality & Delivery Responsibility

All prints are fulfilled and shipped by our POD supplier, a professional print lab. While we strive to ensure the highest quality, we are not directly responsible for print quality, color accuracy, or delivery issues. However, if you encounter any problems, please contact us at andre.pereira@soundschemical.com, and we will communicate with our POD supplier to review the issue and explore possible solutions.

Damaged or Defective Prints

If your print arrives damaged or defective, we encourage you to reach out so we can assist in resolving the matter. To qualify:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the damage, including the packaging.
  • Send an email to andre.pereira@soundschemical.com with your order number and proof of the issue.

Once your request is reviewed, we will liaise with our POD supplier to assess the situation. If deemed necessary, a reprint or other resolution may be offered at their discretion. Please note that minor variations in color and texture are normal due to differences in screen calibration and printing processes.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information. If your order is lost in transit, contact us at andre.pereira@soundschemical.com, and we will coordinate with our POD supplier to investigate and determine the best course of action.
